Standard items dispatch within 1–3 working days. ACP panels and sheet materials typically dispatch within 3–5 working days. Express production is available on selected products. All times are from order confirmation and cleared payment.

Yes — collection is available from Unit 4, Pacific Wharf, Hertford Road, London IG11 8BL. Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Collections must be pre-arranged. Contact us to book a slot.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, we deliver across mainland UK. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and remote postcodes may incur additional charges. Contact us before ordering for a delivery quote to these areas.

Delivery costs depend on the size and weight of your order. Panel orders over £500 qualify for free delivery. Standard items are charged at checkout. Contact us for a delivery quote on large orders.

What types of ACP panels do you stock?

We stock Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) including standard PE-core, FR (fire-retardant) A2-rated, brushed-metal effect, mirror finishes, and solid RAL-colour panels in 8x4 and 10x5 sheet sizes.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Standard sheet materials can be purchased as single sheets with no minimum. Printed or fabricated items may carry a minimum value of £50 + VAT. Trade account customers get enhanced pricing on all orders.

What file formats do you accept for CNC/laser work?

We accept DXF, DWG, AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF vector files. For UV printing, supply print-ready PDF, TIFF, or high-resolution JPEG at 300dpi. Our team can help prepare artwork if needed.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns on standard stock items within 30 days of delivery, provided goods are unused and in original packaging. Custom-cut or printed items cannot be returned unless defective. Email info@premier-bond.com with your order number to start a return.
