    Last updated: March 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Premier Bond website and the purchase of products and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

    1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

    • Company: means Premier Bond, a company registered in England and Wales, referred to as "we", "us", or "our".
    • Customer: means any individual, business, or organisation that places an order or accesses our website, referred to as "you" or "your".
    • Products: means the ACP panels, composite materials, signage substrates, and related goods listed on our website.
    • Services: means any additional services provided by the Company, including bespoke fabrication, cut-to-size processing, and trade account facilities.
    • Website: means the Premier Bond website and all associated pages and subdomains.
    • Trade Customer: means a Customer who has registered a verified trade account with the Company.
    • Working Day: means Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

    2. Use of Website

By accessing and using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are using the website for lawful purposes only.

Acceptable use: You may not use the website to transmit any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent content, or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the operation of the website. Automated data scraping, crawling, or harvesting is prohibited without prior written consent.

Account registration: To access trade pricing, quotation tools, and order history, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Accuracy of information: You must ensure that all information provided during registration and ordering is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. We reserve the right to suspend accounts where information is found to be false or misleading.

    3. Products & Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT at the prevailing rate will be calculated and added at the checkout stage.

Trade pricing: Trade-exclusive pricing is available to registered Trade Customers only. Trade pricing is not for resale disclosure and must not be shared with end consumers.

Price changes: We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. However, once an order has been confirmed, the price agreed at the time of order will apply. Any promotional pricing is subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice.

Stock availability: All products are offered subject to availability. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund. We cannot guarantee continuous stock availability of all listed products.

Product images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes. While we endeavour to ensure accuracy, minor variations in colour, finish, and specification may occur due to manufacturing tolerances or screen display differences.

    4. Orders & Payment

Order acceptance: Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted when we issue an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable, where pricing errors have occurred, or where payment cannot be verified.

Payment methods: We accept major debit and credit cards, bank transfer, and where agreed in advance, trade account credit. All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Card details are not stored on our servers.

Trade account payment terms: Approved Trade Customers with a credit facility will be issued with payment terms as agreed at the time of account setup (typically 30 days net from invoice date). Late payment may result in suspension of the trade account and the application of statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

We reserve the right to require payment in full in advance for large orders, first-time orders, or where there is a history of late payment.

    5. Delivery

Delivery is available across the United Kingdom. Full details of delivery options, costs, and estimated timescales are set out on our Delivery Information page, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Risk transfer: Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of goods passes to you only upon receipt of full payment. Until payment is received in full, the goods remain the property of Premier Bond.

Inspection obligations: You must inspect all goods upon delivery. Any visible damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be noted on the carrier's delivery documentation at the time of receipt and reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do so may affect your ability to make a claim.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

    6. Returns & Refunds

Our returns process and eligibility criteria are detailed on our Returns Policy page, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Consumer rights: Where you are a consumer (not purchasing in the course of a business), your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by these terms. This includes your right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery ("cooling-off period") for standard, non-bespoke goods.

Trade Customers purchasing in the course of business do not benefit from consumer cancellation rights. Returns for trade orders are subject to prior written agreement and may be subject to a restocking charge.

    7. Custom & Bespoke Orders

Products that are manufactured, cut, processed, or otherwise customised to your specification are considered bespoke orders. Bespoke orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the goods are found to be faulty or not made to the agreed specification.

Approval process: Where artwork, proofs, or technical drawings are submitted for approval, it is your responsibility to review and approve these carefully before production commences. Once approval is given, we accept no liability for errors arising from approved artwork.

Variation tolerances: Dimensions for cut-to-size or fabricated products are subject to industry-standard manufacturing tolerances of up to ±2mm unless a tighter tolerance is agreed in writing prior to production. Colour matching for printed or coated products may vary slightly from samples due to batch production variations.

    8. Warranties

We warrant that all products supplied are of satisfactory quality and, where applicable, fit for purpose as described at the time of sale. Specific product warranties vary by manufacturer and product line — please refer to individual product documentation or contact us for warranty details.

Limitations: Warranties do not cover defects arising from improper storage, handling, installation, misuse, or modification of the product by the Customer. Warranty claims must be supported by photographic evidence and submitted to us in writing within the applicable warranty period.

Exclusions: We make no warranty as to the suitability of any product for a specific application unless confirmed in writing. It is the Customer's responsibility to verify that the chosen product is appropriate for its intended use, particularly for structural or safety-critical applications.

    9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of the order to which the claim relates.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, or damage to reputation, even if we were advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

    10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, product photography, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of Premier Bond or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may view and print content from this website for your personal or internal business use only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any website content without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Any trademarks, trade names, or logos displayed on this website are the property of their respective owners. Nothing on this website grants you any right or licence to use any trademark without the express written permission of the owner.

    11. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Details of how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

By using our website and services, you consent to our use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

    12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes or industrial action (whether affecting our operations or those of third-party suppliers), government action, failure of utilities or telecommunications, or significant disruption to our supply chain.

Where a force majeure event continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the affected order by written notice. In such circumstances, we will refund any payment made for goods not yet dispatched.

    13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction confer different rights.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
