Premier Bond’s letter bending service produces precision channel letters in aluminium — the backbone of illuminated signage. Our experienced fabricators work with aluminium coil to create clean, consistent returns for built-up letters of any size.
Pricing is by linear metre of bent return: £7 per metre when we supply the aluminium coil, or £4 per metre if you supply your own coil — service-only.
We offer a full range of illumination styles including face-lit (front illuminated), halo-lit (reverse illuminated), edge-lit, and combination effects. All letters are fabricated to your exact font, size, and finish specifications — from brushed stainless steel to powder-coated RAL colours.
